1. As all our items / web design services are personalised (custom-made), we do not offer a refund on any of our items/ services. Our Items/ services cannot be changed, as they can’t be sold to anyone else. Please ensure you are happy with this, before you pay a deposit for any of our web design service or print service.

2. When we complete your website, you will get to look at the website design and approve it, also check that everything is working fine. By agreeing for the website to be uploaded/ make it live/ launch, the client is accepting that they have checked and are fully satisfied with the website.

Any changes after this point will be charged at the normal rate. (if you let us know what you need changed, we can quote you a price accordingly)

3. Website completion and uploading can take from 5 to 10 working days or longer depending on when the customer has made full payment and sent us all the info requested.

4. Before we print any item for you, we will send you a proof, unless you have given us a ready to print design.

Once you agree to this, design nothing can be changed, so please always check details are correct

5. Website design and hosting fee are also non-refundable, as they are also made and hosting is purchased for your business

6. If after placing an order, you do not receive your printing items within 7 – 10 working days, always contact us, and we can

track this for you.

7. We don’t provide FTP details to our customers, our websites work with our hosting and are custom-made with some additional coding etc, so we don’t want customers to accidentally delete anything on there by error.

8. We are happy to transfer your website and hosting to another company for a fee, we charge this fee as we need to configure it to work with other hosting companies.

9. In situations where the client provides images, text and animations for their website, then they are legally responsible for ensuring that this material does not infringe any copyright.

10. When you initially enquire about purchasing our website/ printing from us, you are accepting our refunds policy.

11. If you purchase SEO services from us, we can not guarantee if your website will appear on Google, and if it does appear, where it appears on Google. Please also bear in mind for the website to appear on Google with your keywords it can take anything between 3 months – 12 months. They’re no refunds on SEO services.

12. All websites that we design have a link in the footer linking back to our website.
